This piece captures the stunning coastal vegetation that sits atop the exposed earth wall of the Colonnades in Cape Woolamai. Capturing the unique view from the walking track that extends along the surf beach looking toward the Cape Woolamai headland.
The palette in this piece works to bring the moody tones that come alive as the dusk light settles on the coast in the final moments of light in the day. The detail and focus on the shrubbery work to show the unique and complex vegetation of the area that sustains so many of the native wildlife in the area.
